My Teaching Philosophy

The most important part of my teaching philosophy is to keep my lessons fun and engaging for all of my students. After all, it is about the connection between the students and their teachers that shapes the future of their musical learning experience.

Christine M., Lafayette CA

Miss Alena has taught all four of my kids piano and is an amazing teacher. She is kind, patient and fun. She makes a real connection with the kids and keeps them motivated. She is very thoughtful and makes sure the kids are feeling rewarded and proud of their accomplishments.
